About The Bayside Development
Bayside Toronto will reconnect the city to its waterfront, with a mix of residential and commercial development south of Queens Quay.
Led by international real estate firm Hines and Canada’s leading condominium developer Tridel, the $910 million Bayside Toronto project will create both a new waterfront destination as well as a community for the thousands who will live, work and play in the area.
The Bayside development will be defined by sustainability, innovation and high-quality public spaces. Its first residential buildings, Aqualina and Aquavista, are pursuing LEED Platinum – the highest possible rating within the LEED green certification system.
The development – including its two office buildings called Queens Quay Place – will also be part of East Bayfront’s Intelligent Community, which includes an ultra-high speed broadband network with Wi-Fi access neighbourhood wide. At the water’s edge, a kilometre-long granite promenade will act as a linear park connecting more than five acres of award-winning parks in East Bayfront.
